The Bartender position at Worcesterart is a part-time, non-exempt role offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $20.00. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the hospitality and events team by ensuring that all beverage service at events runs smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, and adhering strictly to legal requirements related to serving alcohol.

As a Bartender at Worcesterart, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will manage cash and electronic payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during events, and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws. The role requires maintaining a current responsible alcohol service training certification from nationally recognized programs such as T.I.P.S., ServSafe Alcohol, or T.E.A.M.
