Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shift and navigate the bar
- Ability to carry full food and drink trays
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to retain and share menu knowledge with customers

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and cocktails
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
- Ability to communicate accurately and handle customers effectively
- Team player committed to building sales and community
- Efficient work pace to keep customers satisfied
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) with valid responsible alcohol service certification
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with establishment standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers
- Guide customers in selecting beers and cocktails
- Offer samples and promote food and beverage menus
- Ensure accurate pouring using correct glassware and measurements
- Contribute to building bar sales and customer retention
