Job Requirements
- ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
- ability to carry full food and drink trays
- ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
- ability to retain menu product knowledge and share that with customers
- flexible schedule
- valid certification in responsible alcohol service
- minimum age requirement (18 or 21 depending on state)
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a bartender is preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- strong attention to detail and organization skills
- outgoing, friendly and high energy personality
- friendly and accurate communication skills
- ability to develop efficient work pace to satisfy customers
- valid certification in responsible alcohol service
- must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states)
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- provide samples and educate customers on beer and cocktail menu options
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- ensure beverages are prepared according to company standards and recipes
- engage with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits
- manage multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- contribute to building bar sales through excellent service and product knowledge
