Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of bartending experience

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale casual environment
  • strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
  • flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must meet all local and state requirements for alcohol service

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room
  • execute cocktail recipes consistently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • engage with guests to provide a welcoming, memorable experience and build repeat clientele
  • maintain full knowledge of menus, including food offerings, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
  • manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards
  • monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
