Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room
- execute cocktail recipes consistently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- engage with guests to provide a welcoming, memorable experience and build repeat clientele
- maintain full knowledge of menus, including food offerings, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
- manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards
- monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
