We are currently seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team at The Waters Grill. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional beverage service that complements our waterfront dining experience. The ideal candidate will be confident and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a polished and professional presence. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency in cocktail recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and providing a warm, energetic bar environment. You will engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience, helping to build repeat clientele and enhance the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
In addition to beverage preparation and service, the Bartender will manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations. The role also includes monitoring guest consumption for responsible alcohol service, processing orders and payments using POS systems, and assisting with inventory control and restocking. Collaboration with service staff is essential to ensure a seamless guest experience, especially during special events, private parties, and peak service periods. Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

Job Duties
