Job Requirements

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation

- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure high-quality drinks
- Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including washing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed
- Stay informed about the restaurant's drink menu, specials, and promotions
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and legal regulations regarding alcoholic beverages
- Promote and upsell special offerings and handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow
