Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old (California and Nevada) or 19 years old (Arizona)
- Have one or more years of experience in full-service restaurant service or bartending
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
- Understand and follow workplace safety procedures
- Be able to suggestively sell food and beverage items

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for cash transactions

Job Duties
- Serving drinks at the bar and dining room as assigned by management
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings and preparation standards
- Effectively selling food and beverages to guests
- Processing orders through point-of-sale system and accurately handling payments
- Engaging with guests in a friendly manner to ensure exceptional service
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to standard recipes
- Keeping the bar area organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Transporting trays with drinks and food
- Clearing and resetting tables for new guests
- Washing and sanitizing glassware
- Serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with all relevant policies and laws
- Checking guest identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Monitoring guests' behavior for responsible alcohol service
- Presenting a professional image through personal appearance and hygiene
- Fulfilling additional tasks as required
