Bartenders are required to follow corporate safety and security protocols meticulously, report any unsafe conditions or incidents promptly, and complete all necessary safety training and certifications. Collaboration with Banquet Managers, servers, and other team members is essential to achieving departmental goals and maintaining a harmonious work environment.

The work environment demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, or walk for extended periods, along with lifting or moving items weighing up to 30 pounds. The flexible schedule necessitates availability during nights and weekends, supported by reliable transportation to ensure dependable attendance.
