Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Bartender. This role is essential in delivering first-class service to our members and their guests. The Bartender position offers a competitive wage starting at $19 per hour, negotiable based on experience, along with a variety of unique benefits including free meals during shifts, free parking, a work uniform, access to employee golf on most Mondays, employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and MARTA transit discounts. This part-time position features a flexible schedule with shifts available Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, encompassing events that range from casual dining to weddings and private functions.

As a Bartender, you will be the face of excellent customer service, responsible for mixing and serving drinks using proper methods and techniques. You will be familiar with the menu and daily specials to expertly guide members and guests in their dining and beverage choices, suggesting wines or desserts to enhance their experience. The role requires a personable, confident, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a social and creative environment. Additionally, our Bartenders support event services by setting up and breaking down bars for banquets, golf outings, and private events. By providing expert bartending and personal member interactions, you grow relationships and ensure clients receive top-tier service, aligning with the prestigious reputation of Cherokee Town and Country Club.

Job Requirements
