Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment
strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
commitment to upholding quality and service standards

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale bar setting
comprehensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, and beer
ability to provide excellent customer service and hospitality
strong communication and interpersonal skills
leadership qualities with the ability to support and inspire a team
familiarity with food menus to assist guests effectively
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

prepare and serve cocktail and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
maintain extensive knowledge of all cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers offered
assist guests by answering questions and providing recommendations on beverage selections
support the floor service team with food and menu knowledge
ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
lead by example within the service team to foster a positive work environment
