Job Duties

  • Know all menu items and ingredients to serve guests effectively
  • Answer guest questions about menu, allergies, item availability, and policies
  • Provide polished service at the guest's pace
  • Maintain eye contact and strong presence behind the bar
  • Assist team by answering phones, seating guests, running food, and completing side work
  • Perform opening and closing side work including dining room setup and breakdown
  • Work as a team to complete running side work and prep product
  • Perform any delegated tasks by management
  • Explain the concept for food and service to guests with enthusiasm
