The Bartender will also be involved in cash handling and operating the POS system, monitoring customer consumption to prevent over-intoxication, collaborating with wait staff, and assisting with inventory management. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a bartender or in a related customer service role
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evening and night shifts
Willingness to relocate to Tulsa, OK before starting work

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory counts
Experience using Lightspeed POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers and servers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
Collaborate with wait staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed
