Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Alcohol Awareness card required
- Minimum 1 year of previous bartending and food serving experience is preferred
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest, balance a food tray, and stand for long periods of time
- Able to communicate clearly with guests in English

Job Duties
- Sincerely greet and thank each guest
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
- Knowledge of all coupons and specials including com rules for all player card levels
- Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
- Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods
- Completes all shift side work requirements
- Continuously maintain an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members
- Sincerely greet each guest at their tables within 3 minutes
- Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal
- Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
- Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner
- Serve beverages and ensure that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal
- Adheres to all department requirements including proper food safety and sanitation protocols
- Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet
