Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Alcohol Awareness card required
  • Minimum 1 year of previous bartending and food serving experience is preferred
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest, balance a food tray, and stand for long periods of time
  • Able to communicate clearly with guests in English

Job Duties

  • Sincerely greet and thank each guest
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
  • Knowledge of all coupons and specials including com rules for all player card levels
  • Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
  • Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods
  • Completes all shift side work requirements
  • Continuously maintain an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members
  • Sincerely greet each guest at their tables within 3 minutes
  • Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal
  • Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
  • Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner
  • Serve beverages and ensure that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal
  • Adheres to all department requirements including proper food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet
