As a bartender with Aramark, your responsibilities will include greeting and taking orders from guests, mixing and serving beverages, and ensuring adherence to all alcohol service policies including age verification to promote safe drinking. You will handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established policies and maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation. Inventory management and stocking supplies to appropriate levels will also be part of your duties, alongside providing excellent guest service, anticipating needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor toward guests, colleagues, and company assets is essential.

This role demands good organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and physical stamina to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds. A passion for hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge are key to succeeding in this position. Flexibility in schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary to meet client and business needs.
