- Food Handler Permit
- MAST Permit
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high volume or upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and cocktail technique
- Experience with batching, large format cocktails, and service bar production
- Comfortable and consistent using jiggers
- Ability to move with urgency while staying composed under pressure
- Professional presence
- Strong communication skills
- Team oriented mindset
- Food Handler Permit
- MAST Permit
- Barsmarts certification preferred
Job Duties
- Execute classic and modern cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail and presentation
- Work clean, organized, and efficient behind the bar at all times
- Support service bar tickets for dining room and cocktail servers
- Engage guests with confident recommendations, upselling, and menu knowledge
- Maintain bar setup, prep, batching, and garnish programs
- Follow all liquor laws, safety standards, and service protocols
- Operate POS (MICROS) accurately for orders and payments
