We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our team on a seasonal basis, offering an hourly wage of $21.85. This role is especially suited for individuals who thrive in a high volume, upscale setting and possess a strong foundation in classic cocktail craftsmanship. As a Bartender at Altitude Sky Lounge, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both classic and contemporary cocktails with precise technique, speed, and consistency. Your ability to remain calm and efficient during peak service times is essential to uphold the quality and presentation standards our guests expect.

In this role, you will engage confidently with guests, providing expert recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance the overall experience. You will manage your workspace to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness, contributing to smooth service operations. Your skills with jiggers, batching, and large format cocktails will be invaluable in supporting high-volume service while maintaining an energetic and professional presence behind the bar. Additionally, you will be expected to accurately operate the POS system for orders and payments, collaborate with other staff members, and adhere strictly to all liquor laws and safety protocols.
