Bartenders are key to enhancing the fan experience by efficiently fulfilling drink orders, handling payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized bar workspace. The role requires adherence to strict alcohol service policies and procedures, including verifying age to serve alcohol responsibly.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting, with proven skills in cash handling and credit card processing. Experience with computerized point-of-sale systems is also essential. Physical demands include constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions, as well as occasionally lifting stock up to 50 pounds. The job demands working in a lively environment during busy times, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
