Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a minimum of two years of verifiable bartending experience
- Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs independently and more with assistance
- Must comply with all food and beverage regulations and certifications
- Ability to pass background checks and provide required documentation
- Commitment to workplace safety and reporting hazards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of verifiable bartending experience
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of beverages efficiently
- Knowledge of beverage ingredients and preparation techniques
- Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues appropriately
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Knowledge of food handling and alcohol certification requirements
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using established recipes and appropriate garnishes
- Prepare garnishes and take food orders, serve prepared foods and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including washing equipment and following sanitation guidelines
- Keep bar stocked with necessary supplies and communicate supply needs to management
- Operate point of sale register system, handle cash transactions, and assist with liquor inventories
- Check identification for age compliance and follow procedures to minimize inventory losses
- Assist with special events by setting up, maintaining beverage stations, and cleanup
- Report workplace hazards and adhere to safety regulations and EEO standards
