Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Must be 21 years or older

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or mixology experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury restaurant environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to bar service
Ability to recommend beverages and food pairings
Responsible alcohol service certification
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
Take accurate orders and serve guests responsibly and attentively
Ensure the bar is stocked, clean, and organized
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and sanitation at the bar
Build guest loyalty through friendly and professional service
Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and company policies
