Job Requirements

  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while always extending professionalism
  • Knowledge of local health and safety codes and regulations applicable to the hotel
  • Ability to ensure the bar service space is well-stocked at all times
  • Experience receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen as needed
  • Capable of cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
  • Proficient in collecting payments or charging transactions to guest accounts according to policy
  • Skilled at preparing and serving drinks following all company, local, and state guidelines
  • Able to validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption to address severe intoxication

Job Duties
