Job Requirements

Previous bartending and food and beverage experience
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Working knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
Knowledge of common cocktails and specialty drinks
Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow instructions

Job Duties

Prepare bar setup at the start of the shift including stocking and organizing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of bar area and ensure all necessary items are available
Manage liquor control and accurately pour beverages
Demonstrate knowledge of liquors, beers, wines, and club menu including specials
Serve food and beverages efficiently to members and guests at the bar
Accurately fulfill member and guest orders in a timely manner
Greet members by name and provide a warm, welcoming experience
