Job Requirements

21 years of age or over
Minimum 2 years full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for gracious hospitality
Availability for flexible scheduling
Physical ability to meet job requirements with or without accommodations

Job Qualifications

Passion for serving up gracious hospitality and exhilarating brewhouse experiences
2+ years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
Must be 21 years of age or over
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
Connect guests to the brewhouse escape by utilizing expertise of BJ's beverage and food pairings
Make recommendations that exhilarate guests' taste buds
Craft fun memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes, beer and wine service techniques
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Provide attentive and gracious hospitality to guests
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
