Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol certifications
  • ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent hygiene and professional appearance
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
  • maintain elevated standards and product knowledge
  • work with the General Manager to ensure proper beverages are made available
  • report on time and work entire shifts dressed and prepared
  • complete prep work
  • work cleanly and efficiently
  • connect with guests and make beverage recommendations
  • complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
  • assist with inventory control and reporting low product quantities
  • assist General Manager with research and development for new products
  • complete all required trainings
  • assist in other duties as assigned
