Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol certifications
- ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent hygiene and professional appearance
- strong communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- professionalism on and off duty including social media conduct
- availability for occasional travel

Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
- maintain elevated standards and product knowledge
- work with the General Manager to ensure proper beverages are made available
- report on time and work entire shifts dressed and prepared
- complete prep work
- work cleanly and efficiently
- connect with guests and make beverage recommendations
- complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
- assist with inventory control and reporting low product quantities
- assist General Manager with research and development for new products
- complete all required trainings
- assist in other duties as assigned
