- Ability to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Good customer communication skills
- Physical capability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently

- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mix and prepare a variety of beverages
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Physical stamina to stand and lift during shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present bar menu to customers
- Remain on feet for entire shift
- Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds occasionally
