Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending experience preferred
excellent customer service skills
knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving practices
ability to stand for extended periods
good physical stamina
must be legal age to serve alcohol in the jurisdiction

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
teamwork and collaboration skills
basic math skills for handling cash and making change
flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

responsible for exceeding customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt and attentive service tailored to the customer's preference
efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety equipment, tools and recipe specs and serve customers responsibly
have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend upsells and reinforce the customers’ orders
be a resource for servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our spirited drinks
committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift
