Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to all guests through friendly conversation and engaging surroundings
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, including contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- Accurately answer guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overserving
- Perform other duties as assigned
