Job Requirements

2 plus years bartending experience in a high-volume setting
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Familiarity with basic cocktail recipes
Ability to perform well under pressure
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Compliance with alcoholic beverage laws and company policies
Eligibility to work in the United States

2 plus years high-volume recent bartending experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Know basic cocktail recipes
Keep it clean and clutter-free
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
