Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company operating standards and state law
Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
Capability to lift objects with some assistance
Willingness to work in a lively entertainment environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
Strong communication skills
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol

Job Duties

Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
Contribute to a positive guest experience by engaging professionally and courteously
Ensure compliance with company operating standards and state law
Assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the work area
