Job Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age
have availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
reliable with punctual attendance
willing to complete AMC training and certifications
friendly and outgoing demeanor
strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, twisting, and bending frequently

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
previous bartender experience appreciated but not required
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
strong guest service and communication skills
ability to work as part of a team
leadership skills desirable
friendly and outgoing personality
passion for movies and creating excellent guest experiences
willingness to complete required training and certifications

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve drinks that enhance their movie experience
learn bartending basics through provided training including mixing drinks and pouring portions
suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
check IDs and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar area
open the bar at the start of shifts and close it down properly at the end
follow safety guidelines for chemical and cleaning material use
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
foster an inclusive environment that makes all guests feel welcomed and respected
adhere to AMC wardrobe standards and local regulations
maintain professionalism and positive attitude
comply with all AMC policies and procedures
