Job Requirements

Must be 18yrs plus
high school or equivalent (preferred)
able to work at multiple locations and varied shifts, including holidays and weekends
able to read, write and speak English
able to interact in a multicultural environment with a variety of ages
must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest
able to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties

Pour beer for customers
serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
wash glassware and utensils after each use
check identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol
maintain a clean customer bar and work area
follow all health and sanitation regulations in the performance of work tasks
communicate customer complaints or concerns to manager on duty
accurately process transactions through the POS and count back change to customers
communicate with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
complete all other tasks and related duties as assigned
