Job Requirements

  • Must be 18yrs plus
  • high school or equivalent (preferred)
  • able to work at multiple locations and varied shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • able to read, write and speak English
  • able to interact in a multicultural environment with a variety of ages
  • must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest
  • able to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Pour beer for customers
  • serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • wash glassware and utensils after each use
  • check identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol
  • maintain a clean customer bar and work area
  • follow all health and sanitation regulations in the performance of work tasks
  • communicate customer complaints or concerns to manager on duty
  • accurately process transactions through the POS and count back change to customers
  • communicate with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
  • complete all other tasks and related duties as assigned
