Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to stand for long durations
Capacity to lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently and occasionally up to 50 lb
Good hearing and vision to interact safely and effectively in a bar environment
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and punctual with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Present bar menu to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
