Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Availability for evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts
Reliable and punctual
Ability to complete required training and certifications
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Bartender experience is appreciated but not required
Willing to complete required training and certifications
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest service skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
Passion for movies and creating fantastic guest experiences

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
Learn the basics of bartending with provided training, including how to mix tasty drinks and pour perfect portions
Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
Check IDs and ensure legal compliance by serving only guests 21 and older
Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked for continuous operation
Open and close the bar daily, managing setup and cleanup
Follow safe use instructions for chemicals and cleaning materials
Work collaboratively as part of a team supporting fellow bartenders
Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected
Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards and maintain a professional, positive demeanor
Uphold all AMC Company Policies and Procedures
