Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Reliable and punctual
Willing to complete required training and certifications
Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Positive and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Bartender experience appreciated but not required
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Teamwork and leadership skills

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that enhance their movie experience
Learn basics of bartending including mixing drinks and pouring portions
Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
Check IDs and ensure compliance with age restrictions
Keep the bar area clean and stocked
Open and close the bar, setting up and cleaning as required
Follow instructions on safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
Work as part of a team supporting fellow bartenders
Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and respected
Adhere to AMC wardrobe standards and maintain a professional demeanor
Uphold all company policies and procedures
