Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
  • legal age in the state to serve alcohol
  • authorized to work in the United States

  • in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies

  • ability to work in a team
  • excellent verbal communication
  • able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
  • able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
  • able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
  • clean and reset bar after guests leave
  • sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
  • escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
  • communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
  • legally serve and pour alcohol in your state
  • read recipes and make drinks according to standards
  • help with food running
  • adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • follow manager directions throughout a shift
  • interact with guests and help with guest needs
