Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
flexible to work a variety of shifts
reliable and punctual
able to stand for long periods
able to work in a fast-paced environment
alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
strong knowledge of craft beers and cocktail preparation
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
alcohol certification and Serve Safe preferred
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and provide drinks and service to team members following standard recipes and procedures
guide guests through the food and beverage menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings
provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
make guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere
