Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to check IDs and verify legal drinking age
- Prior experience in bartending or similar role preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Must comply with all health and safety guidelines
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
Job Duties
- Receives orders from patrons
- Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo ID for alcoholic purchases
- Maintains proper ordering, receiving and inventory control
- Collects payment for drinks and food served using proper check and cash handling procedures
- Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
- Uses proper pour portions at all times with attention to cleanliness, consistent quality standards and taste
- Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of opening of the bar
- Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized
- Washes glassware and bar utensils, keeps liquor bottles clean
- Uses proper judgment and, when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive
- Inspects and cleans food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Prepares easy-to-prepare food items and serve food to customers
- Washes and cleans all preparation equipment, counters, floors and any additional items required
- Washes dishes, cleans and sorts silverware and stoneware
- Maintains guest confidentiality
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values and Mission Statement
- Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner
