Job Requirements
- Must be TABC certified
- Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending upon store location
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bartending or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- TABC certification
- Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate depending on store location
- Experience in bartending or related role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
- Ensure all necessary items are stocked including beer wine liquor garnishes plate ware silverware and glassware
- Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
- Utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants' 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
- Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
