Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
able to read and write handwritten notes
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
able to walk or stand 100% of shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
able to follow all company sanitation procedures
able to maintain cash handling accuracy and operate credit card machines
able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
able to adhere to dress code and maintain professional appearance
able to maintain alcohol awareness policies.

Job Qualifications

restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the d&b experience
able to read and communicate in English
must be at least 18 years of age
able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
able to follow alcohol awareness procedures
able to operate Micros point-of-sale system
friendly and able to smile frequently
dressed in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional at all times
able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change, and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change
follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction
keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take guests' food and drink orders
maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate modifications and charges
be responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work at the beginning and end of shift
demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account for all monies at shift end
ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated areas
work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
participate in all incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested
complete opening/closing duties in a timely manner
assist in party set up and breakdown
assist other team members as needed
buss and reset tables as needed
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing, and responding to guest needs promptly
maintain favorable working relationships with other team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
listen to hear guests' orders and needs and communicate verbally and via Micros system
be friendly and able to smile frequently.
