Job Qualifications

- Food & Beverage service experience
- Working knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
- Understanding of common cocktails and specialty drinks
- Alcohol and food safety awareness certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare bar set-up at the start of the shift including stocking bottles and garnishes
- Check bar area consistently for cleanliness and necessary items
- Manage liquor control and ensure accurate pouring of beverages
- Possess knowledge of available liquors, beers, wines, and menu items including specials
- Assist in serving food and beverages to Members and guests at the bar
- Execute orders and requests accurately and promptly
- Greet Members by name and provide warm, welcoming service
