Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and welcome them when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all beverages according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them properly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and promptly clear unused items
  • Deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
