Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for the service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude

  • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, beers, and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor new bartenders and bar backs
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
  • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and performance improvement
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee and guide guest's complete dining and restaurant experience
  • Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation, and service
  • Maintain extensive beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals and pairings
  • Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
  • Use POS system confidently for order entry and payment processing
  • Ensure food and beverages arrive to guests quickly and correctly while confirming guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a sanitary environment including sanitizing tables, chairs, and bathrooms
  • Ensure proper table maintenance including water service and pre-bussing
  • Assist with patio setup and breakdown including tables, chairs, plants, and canopy
  • Charge guests correctly and ensure timely proof of payment
  • Communicate respectfully with kitchen and service staff
  • Support team members to ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
  • Engage management to resolve guest issues or complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas
  • Stock and prepare service-related items
  • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
