Job Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for the service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
Strong beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, beers, and wine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and mentor new bartenders and bar backs
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Receptive to constructive feedback and performance improvement
Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Job Duties

Oversee and guide guest's complete dining and restaurant experience
Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation, and service
Maintain extensive beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals and pairings
Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
Use POS system confidently for order entry and payment processing
Ensure food and beverages arrive to guests quickly and correctly while confirming guest satisfaction
Maintain a sanitary environment including sanitizing tables, chairs, and bathrooms
Ensure proper table maintenance including water service and pre-bussing
Assist with patio setup and breakdown including tables, chairs, plants, and canopy
Charge guests correctly and ensure timely proof of payment
Communicate respectfully with kitchen and service staff
Support team members to ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
Engage management to resolve guest issues or complaints
Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas
Stock and prepare service-related items
Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
