Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash and POS systems
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- positive attitude and team spirit

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor
- handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails expediently while building positive guest relationships
- contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by generating sales and adhering to all company recipes
- achieve planned product costs by adhering to portion standards
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
- report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule and maintain uniform cleanliness
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- cooperate with management and team members to assist others with duties if needed
- communicate suggestions for improvement positively
