Job Requirements

Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
Stands during entire shift
Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
Transports glass racks cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a bartender, mixologist, or in a similar role preferred but not required
Basic math and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines
Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
Operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
Maintain cleanliness of tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and floor debris
Stand during entire shift while engaging with guests
Transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift
Engage with guests to ensure authentic and enjoyable experiences
Adhere to health and safety standards throughout shift
