Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
Must have open availability including weekends
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in compliance with liquor regulations
Good communication skills
Ability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems
Willingness to learn and participate in training

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service experience
Prior bar or bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Capability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Job Duties

Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies
Maintains stock and prepares fresh garnishes and perishables
Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Takes and processes drink orders according to standard recipes
Checks guest identification for legal compliance
Monitors guest intoxication and acts accordingly
Handles cash transactions and secures cash and deposits
Performs general cleaning and maintains organization of work area
Arranges bottles and glassware for attractive bar displays
Washes and sterilizes stemware
Performs other duties as assigned
