Job Requirements

Minimum two years of experience in full-service, high-volume casual dining
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Passion for guest-focused hospitality
Ability to meet physical job demands with or without accommodations

Two plus years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience
Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
Must be 21 years of age or over

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
Connect Guests to the brewhouse escape by tapping expertise on BJ's beverage and food pairings, making recommendations that exhilarate the taste buds
Craft fun memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes, beer and wine service techniques
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance Guest experience
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
