Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
One or more years of restaurant bartender experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills
Passion for customer service and teamwork
Compliance with company policies and local liquor laws

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior bartender experience preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations a plus
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
Collaborate with team members to optimize guest experience
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
