Job Requirements

Must have minimum of two years bartending experience
knowledge of craft cocktails preferred
ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
must be able to read and speak English
maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications
must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
adhere to proper sanitation and alcohol service regulations
wear non-slip shoes as part of uniform

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years of bartending experience
craft cocktail knowledge preferred
fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
must be able to read and speak English
bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire)
practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly
arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
wear the proper uniform at all times (all team members require non-slip shoes)
assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures
maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift
assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu
handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
communicate questions or issues to management promptly
work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
perform opening and closing duties
set up the team for success in the next shift
build and serve cocktails according to approved recipes
complete continuous training from platforms and classes
verify guests meet legal drinking age requirements before providing an alcohol beverage
