Job Requirements
- Must have minimum of two years bartending experience
- knowledge of craft cocktails preferred
- ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to read and speak English
- maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications
- must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
- adhere to proper sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- wear non-slip shoes as part of uniform
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience
- craft cocktail knowledge preferred
- fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
- must be able to read and speak English
- bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
- must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
- maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire)
- practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- wear the proper uniform at all times (all team members require non-slip shoes)
- assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift
- assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu
- handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- communicate questions or issues to management promptly
- work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- perform opening and closing duties
- set up the team for success in the next shift
- build and serve cocktails according to approved recipes
- complete continuous training from platforms and classes
- verify guests meet legal drinking age requirements before providing an alcohol beverage
