Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Physical ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Capability to frequently wash hands using disinfecting soap
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old per state law
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to make great drinks following established recipes
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Commitment to contributing positively to the team environment
- Experience in bartending preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude with customers and staff
- Creating a positive and engaging bar experience
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
- Transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, bar, and kitchen
- Communicating effectively with other employees and customers
- Managing physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
