Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
high school education required
minimum one year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
weekend availability is a must

Job Qualifications

High school education required
hospitality or related degrees a plus
minimum one year of experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine including recipes and base ingredients
ability to provide excellent guest service
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties

Treat guests with first-class service and incredible hospitality
present drink menu and make recommendations
answer questions regarding food and beverages
take drink orders promptly and accurately
serve food and drinks efficiently
check in with guests regarding their experience
up-sell beverages whenever possible
record drink or food orders accurately into POS
accept and process guest payments
make correct change as applicable
fill in as a server as directed
maintain inventory and bar supplies
assist in restocking and replenishing
ensure cleanliness of bar area including counters, tables, equipment, and floors
maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally
wash and sterilize glassware as needed
