Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school education required
  • minimum one year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
  • weekend availability is a must

Job Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • hospitality or related degrees a plus
  • minimum one year of experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine including recipes and base ingredients
  • ability to provide excellent guest service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Treat guests with first-class service and incredible hospitality
  • present drink menu and make recommendations
  • answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • take drink orders promptly and accurately
  • serve food and drinks efficiently
  • check in with guests regarding their experience
  • up-sell beverages whenever possible
  • record drink or food orders accurately into POS
  • accept and process guest payments
  • make correct change as applicable
  • fill in as a server as directed
  • maintain inventory and bar supplies
  • assist in restocking and replenishing
  • ensure cleanliness of bar area including counters, tables, equipment, and floors
  • maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally
  • wash and sterilize glassware as needed
