Job Duties

Bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to guests
Create made-to-order alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Assist and guide guests in food and beverage selections
Operate state-of-the-art point of sale systems to enter, process, and close orders
Communicate effectively with front and back-of-the-house team members
Set up and stock bar products for each shift
Maintain cleanliness, sanitize, and care for all bar equipment and tools
Implement inventory controls and comply with all liquor laws and regulations
