Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
  • Must be able to handle cash accurately
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Completion of RAMP certification required or within the probationary period

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • Completion of RAMP certification or willingness to complete

Job Duties

  • Taking guest's orders for food and beverages
  • Making suggestions and answering questions about menu items
  • Accurately entering orders into POS system
  • Anticipating guest's needs and handling any complaints that may arise
  • Providing a high level of customer service throughout the meal
  • Ensuring that guest's checks are closed out accurately
  • Working with co-workers and management staff in the Front and Back of House
  • Following all State and Federal laws for responsible alcohol service
  • Responsible for properly handling cash in bar area drawer
  • Maintaining and expanding on knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Multi-tasking when handling guests needs that are dining at the bar, keeping up with service bar orders, and other things that may arise during service
  • Being knowledgeable of both food and beverage menus
  • Providing beverage menu knowledge to service staff
  • Completing RAMP certification
