Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
minimum 1 year of bartending experience
valid certification for serving alcohol
ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
ability to stand and walk for 2-8 hours per day
ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
ability to tolerate noise from music and customer traffic
ability to work in warm and cool indoor/outdoor environments
willingness to comply with food and beverage safety regulations

Job Duties

Present menu
answer questions
make suggestions to guests as necessary
offer samples of frozen daiquiris
suggest other beverage items
take guest drink orders
input orders into POS system
prepare guests drinks
slice fruit for garnishing
clean bar and arrange glassware/plasticware
prepare bill and accept payment
clear or reset bar after each guest leaves
thank guests and invite them back
serve as barback by filling machines and cleaning bar
